Knitting abbreviation T2R stands for twist 2 to the right. It is a two-stitch cable that is easy to make and doesn't require a cable needle.
To make this stitch, knit the second stitch, keeping it on the left-hand needle. Then knit the first stitch and slide both of them off the left-hand needle, leaving the new stitches on the right-hand needle. Alternatively, knit two stitches together, keeping them on the left-hand needle. Then knit the first stitch and slide both stitches off the left-hand needle, leaving the new stitches on the right-hand needle. The results look the same.
