Knitting abbreviation T2L stands for twist 2 to the left. It is a two-stitch cable that is easy to make and doesn't require a cable needle. There are three methods to create this stitch, which result in a similar look. So pick one that you like best.

  1. Knit second stitch through the back loop, do not slide it off the needle, knit both stitches through back loops, slide them both off the needle.

  2. Knit second stitch through the back loop, do not slide it off the needle, knit the first stitch through the front loop, slide both stitches off the needle.

  3. Knit second stitch through the back loop, do not slide it off the needle, knit the first stitch through the back loop, slide both stitches off the needle.
