Knitting abbreviation P2SSO stands for pass 2 slipped stitches over. It is a decrease technique used in conjunction with other abbreviations such as k1 or k2tog.

To do this, slip two stitches knitwise together as if you're going to knit two together, follow other instructions in your pattern like knit one, pass the two slipped stitches over the stitch you just knit, and let fall off the needles.
