Knitting abbreviation MB stands for make bobble, which is a raised multi-stitch cluster. Bobbles are done by knitting a portion of your work back and forth a few times before moving on with the row/round. Patterns will usually indicate how big they want the bobble to be. It can be a little tricky. If you know how to crochet, I highly recommend crocheting your bobbles because they are faster and look much tidier.
