Knitting abbreviation LT stands for left twist. It is a left-leaning two-stitch cable that is easy to make and doesn't require a cable needle. There are a few ways to make this stitch. They look similar, so pick the one you find more comfortable. 


  1. Knit second stitch through the back loop, do not slide it off the needle, knit both stitches through back loops, slide them both off the needle.
